Career counseling handbook
I have lived in four countries and have a successful career in the five professions I chose, even in adverse conditions: I immigrated in the middle of the pandemic, chose Finland in the midst of a crisis as the place to put down roots, and found work anyway. Part of that success comes from planning and having clear career goals at least a year before I start looking for a job in the field.
